The Preble SWCD conducts outreach programs as a service to the residents of Preble County. These programs include the following.
Tree Seedling Sale
Held in the spring of each year, our tree seedling sale allows landowners to purchase various tree species in quantities of 5-10 at a reasonable cost. Keep looking for the 2025 order form, coming soon!

Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting is held each fall. This is a time to gather together, honor local conservationists, elect Board Members, highlight the District's accomplishments, and enjoy an evening of food and entertainment.

Fish Sale |
Pesticide and Fertilizer Recertification

Fish orders are collected in late summer for delivery in the fall. A variety of species are available for purchase. Orders are due Friday, September 13th, 2024. Pick-up will be Wednesday, October 9th.

Our Pesticide and Fertilizer Recertification Class is offered in January. Those carrying a pesticide and/or fertilizer certification are required to renew their license(s) every three years. Find out more about certification and recertification here.
